What happens after I place my order? We begin assembling your order as soon as it is received. In order to avoid shipping delays orders cannot be changed once they've been placed. All emails regarding placed orders will be returned within 24 hours of the following business day.

When Will I Receive My Order and How Much Does Shipping Cost? Orders are sent out anywhere from five to ten business days after receipt and is subject to change. This estimated shipping time excludes weekends, holidays, specials and sales. During the holidays longer turnaround times may be experienced due to higher than normal order volume. Please take this into consideration when placing your order and if you have a question about the shipping time of your order, please e-mail us right away.

For smaller items (e.g. body sprays), if they fit into the small flat-rate box and you are charged our regular shipping rate, we'll refund the overage to reflect the small flat-rate box fee of $4.95 (Domestic orders only).

Please be aware that special or custom orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. A special order is any order that has an item or scent that is not currently available from the web site drop-down menu. This means that first priority is given to regular orders and special orders are filled as time allows.

Orders placed within the United States ship via USPS First-Class, Priority Mail and UPS Ground. International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail, USPS International Priority Flat-Rate and USPS International First-Class. International orders are shipped once per week on Mondays. We are unable to process or ship orders to Nigeria.

If you experience any technical difficulties placing your International order, contact us and we will take your order via e-mail. Shipping for International orders is always free for orders over $150.

How Can I Pay For My Beach Girl Order? At this time personal checks are not accepted. The methods of payment we offer are credit card Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We also accept PayPal.

What Happens If My Order Is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged? Beach Girl Beauty is not liable for any lost or stolen packages and cannot replace them. Damaged packages must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time your package is delivered to you for product replacement. We will do our best to resolve the issue with USPS. Optional postal insurance is available for United States orders to protect your shipment in case of damage or if it is lost. We highly suggest you take advantage of this feature.

Do You Accept Returns? Currently at this time we cannot accept returns on open products. We do have Perfume Minis available for purchase so that you can test a product scent to see if it is something you like. We also have some products available in smaller sizes to try before buying a large size. At Beach Girl Beauty, your satisfaction is of utmost importance and we want you to be pleased with your order.
